Who are the Filii Dei?

Filii Dei is a fraternity of Catholic men dedicated to living out their identity as true sons of God (Romans 8:14–17) through unwavering fidelity to the Catholic Faith, as handed down through Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition, and the infallible Magisterium of the Church.

We are committed to three charges of authentic Catholic manhood:

Commitment to Christ and His Church,
Conversion of heart and life through grace and virtue, and
Community rooted in prayer, fraternity, and shared mission.

Open to all men who seek to grow in holiness, Filii Dei provides a stronghold for ongoing catechesis, fraternal support, communal prayer, and the promotion of evangelization in every sphere of life—beginning in the home and extending to parish and society.

We uphold and promote the God-given duties of men to be leaders in virtue, protectors of the innocent, and providers of both spiritual and temporal goods—each modeled after Christ, the perfect man, and fulfilled in the state of life to which each is called.

United in the Sacraments, strengthened by the teachings of the Church, and emboldened by the witness of the saints, we take seriously the charge of St. Paul:

Vigilate, state in fide, viriliter agite, et confortamini.

"Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, do manfully, and be strengthened."
1 Corinthians 16:13

We are the Filii Deisons of the Eternal Father, brothers in Christ the King, and soldiers under the standard of the Cross, living out our vocation with fidelity, fortitude, and faith
