Introducing Living Catholic — The Sons of God and Daughters of God
Here’s one thing I know. I ain’t the best Catholic. So, who am I to be running a Catholic group? Well, the answer is simple. I’m the perfect person to be running one. So are you. Remember, Christ’s Church was entrusted to the weakest of the Apostles. Who can forget that Christ referred to our first Pope—St. Peter—as Satan himself.
Sons of God is “Filii Dei” in ecclesiastical Latin. Daughters of God is “Filiae Dei.” Part of the mission of Filii Dei and Filiae Dei is to reintroduce the differing roles and purposes of men and women within the Catholic Faith and to bring a sense of contemporary community, socialization and fraternity intertwined with our timeless Catholic values.
